If there is no sound coming from the headset, first check that the cord for the headset is firmly connected to the device.
Next, check that the volume is turned up to an acceptable level. The volume button might be on the lower right side of the computer screen, on the keyboard, or on the headset.
If the student still cannot hear sound, try the following alternatives:
Unplug the headset, wait one minute, and plug the headset back in.
Remove the headset from the device and try plugging it into another port of the device.
Check the settings of the device to confirm that the headset is compatible with the device.
Check that SELweb audio is working without the headset.
Try a different headset.
