If the assessment does not fit on the screen and requires the student to scroll down the page, adjust the viewing options to ensure that students see all of the assessment’s relevant information (e.g. story, available answers, etc.).
Try manually resizing the browser window.
Try resizing the content of the browser using the page zoom feature: on Mac, use Command+ to zoom in and Command- to zoom out. On PC, use CTRL+ to zoom in and CTRL- to zoom out.
If there is no viewing option that shows all the relevant information available, the student should proceed in taking the assessment and scroll through the page as necessary.
