If a student is unable to log into SELweb, please first check that the student is entering in the correct login information. The most common student login error is an extra space hiding somewhere within the login credentials.
If the student is still unable to log in, please contact xSEL Labs at either support@xsel-labs.com or (855) 847-9735.
Please note that if a student attempts to log in 5 times with the wrong password within 15 seconds, the account will be disabled for 5 minutes.
